Appetizers
Fried Zucchini - thin slices of fresh zucchini breaded and deep-fried.
Fried Cheese Sticks - Mozzarella cheese sticks breaded and deep-fried.
Fried Calamari Rings – fresh rings of calamari breaded and deep-fried.
Bruschetta with peppers - toasted homemade bread topped with roasted peppers in olive oil, garlic, and
spices.
Garlic Toast - toasted homemade bread with a mixture of olive oil, butter, garlic and Romano cheese.
Stuffed Banana Peppers - fresh peppers stuffed with homemade sausage.
Eggplant Parmigiana - fresh eggplant dipped in egg, breaded, fried and then topped with marinara sauce,
Mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
Platter of Mussels – Mussels on the half shell sauteed in butter, garlic, white wine, lemon juice, and
parsley.
Salads
House garden salad – mixed greens with fresh vegetables. *
Caesar salad – romaine lettuce, croutons, cheese, anchovy, Caesar dressing, and fresh black pepper.*
Spinach salad – spinach, red onions, mushrooms, croutons, and Gorgonzola cheese with
balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil dressing. *

Pasta
Choice of Rigatoni, Linguine or Angel Hair – topped with marinara sauce or Roland’s sauce. *
Lasagna – lasagna noodles, with ricotta filling (Mozzarella, Ricotta, Romano cheese, and egg),
topped with marinara sauce. *
Angel Hair – served with oil, garlic, and anchovy.
Linguine Alfredo – linguine noodles with Alfredo sauce (Parmesan cheese, cream, and butter sauce).*

Poultry
Grilled chicken – marinated boneless, skinless chicken breast grilled with spices.
Chicken Marsala – boneless, skinless chicken breast lightly floured and sautéed with olive oil,
mushrooms, and Marsala wine.
Chicken Parmigiana – boneless, skinless chicken breast dipped in egg, breaded, fried, and then topped with
tomato sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Chicken Romano – boneless, skinless chicken breast dipped in egg and Romano cheese sautéed in
butter.
Fried Chicken Breast Strips – boneless, skinless chicken breast strips dipped in egg, breaded, and
fried.
Beef or Veal
Pan-fried beef tenderloins – sautéed in olive oil, and covered with mushrooms in a red wine
sauce.
Strip steak – grilled 12-oz New York strip steak.
Veal Marsala – veal medallions lightly floured and then sautéed with olive oil, mushrooms, and Marsala
wine.
Veal Parmigiana – veal medallions dipped in egg, breaded, fried, and then topped with tomato sauce,
Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Veal Romano – medallions of veal dipped in egg and Romano cheese then sautéed.
Seafood
Baked scrod – fresh cod baked in orange juice and topped with seasoned breadcrumbs.
Grilled shrimp – large shrimp sautéed in garlic butter.
Grilled Tuna – tuna steak grilled with spices.
Grilled Salmon – salmon filet grilled with spices.
Vegetables
Eggplant Parmigiana – fresh eggplant slices dipped in egg, breaded, fried, and then topped with
Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Platter of Roasted Vegetables - a delicious blend of seasoned peppers, zucchini, Portabella mushrooms,
red onions, and potatoes.
All entrees are served with salad, choice of pasta, homemade bread with butter,
or olive oil, fresh vegetable of the day.

Steak – tenderloin steak grilled with roasted peppers, onions and cheese. Available with or without
sauce.
Philly Steak - sliced steak grilled with roasted peppers, onions, and topped with cheese.
Fish – fresh cod breaded and deep-fried.
Hamburger – ½ lbs. beef grilled with lettuce and tomato.
Chicken – Marinated chicken breast grilled or fried with lettuce and tomato.
Portabella mushroom – grilled marinated mushroom cap with lettuce and tomato.
Sandwiches are served with fries or side of pasta.
