The Finelli Family


Roland and Cheryl Finelli are the owners and chefs at Roland's Trattoria.  They take pride in their original
recipes for all of the items on the menu, and choose only the best quality ingredients.  Each day they choose a
few creative recipes to offer as specials which can't be found on the menu.  

After years of experimenting prior to opening the trattoria, Roland eventually perfected his bread and
marinara sauce recipe which he shares with his customers every day.  After years of serving oversized portions
to the family at home, Roland now serves his customers oversized portions along with take home containers.

Jennifer and Vincent have been a part of the family business since the restaurant opened.  The family continues
to grow, and in 2009 Brant was welcomed to the family.
